KREBS LAND DEVELOPMENT

Land clearing and site development are core elements of services provided by Krebs Land Development (KLD).  We have an extensive background in land clearing services including root removal (grubbing), surface debris removal and preparation of sub and surface grades.  KLD has worked extensively in wet and limited access environments to assist in the restoration of natural systems such as wetlands and natural drainage features, while enhancing habitat function.

Services Provided

mining Services

Another element of KLD’s core services includes support in the recovery of commoditized materials (mineral sands) at existing surface mining operations.  Our staff has extensive experience in equipment operation in wet and submerged conditions in existing pits along with activities to reclaim these features post-extraction and mining operations.  Activities completed as part of reclamation operations coincide with applicable permit conditions and mine reclamation plans.

Management

KLD has developed unique business alliances with specialty sub-contractors which allow us to rapidly and cost-effectively complete projects on-time and on-budget.  The elements of our Company that make us different include:

  • A vertically integrated management team, with various responsibilities including site safety programs, engineering & survey, construction services and project management;

  • Site supervisors and project managers fully trained to assist with and/or complete technical tasks up to and including the acquisition of data using aerial drones and differentially corrected global positioning systems (DGPS); and,

  • The incorporation of a safety program which is compatible with our surface mining clients. As a result, every employee of the Company is Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) part 48 trained and certified.

KLD is Florida based and is comprised of scientists, engineers, and construction professionals with a wide ranging portfolio of professional experience.

utility services

KLD also has an extensive background in general utility activities to include the installation of best-management-practices (BMP) and controls to mitigate surface sediment runoff up to and including the installation of temporary high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping systems.  Our staff and utility crews are capable of completing conventional heat fusion of HDPE pipe up to 24-inches in diameter and when required, can retain specialized contracted services to assist in pipe fusion and/or surface electrofusion of temporary liner systems as well.

We appreciate Krebs Land Development’s professionalism throughout the project . It was a pleasure working with you.
